Reservations & Cancellations
Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive deposit of 50 per cent of the total amount. Please note, in any case, a valid credit card must be provided as a guarantee.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: check-in from 2.30pm to 6pm – check-out at 11.00am
1. CREDIT CARD
Visa, Mastercard, Postpay, Maestro, Moneta.
Coroncina will receive payment guarantee straightaway, and you will get record of it. It is requested card serial number and expiry date. The room will be reserved upon receipt of the card details. A final confirmation email will be sent to you.
2. BANK TRANSFER
An easy and safe method of payment. Please send a copy of the bank transfer via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to avoid waiting times.

The room will be reserved upon receipt of a bank transfer copy. A final confirmation email will be sent to you.
Due to the high fees that PayPal requires from us merchants, we have closed this payment channel.
4. CANCELLATION OR VOUCHER
• For cancellations or changes up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, no charge will be applied.
• For cancellations or changes beyond that term, 50 per cent deposit will be charged.
• For cancellations, changes, or no show on the day of arrival, the entire amount will be charged. In alternative, it will be converted into a voucher.
In the event of cancellation due to Covid-19, no charge will be applied provided we get notice up to 48 hours prior to check-in date. Valid reasons: flight cancellation, Covid-19 infection, or compulsory quarantine.
Upon departure, the balance of the entire stay, including extras, will be settled through cash, debit cards, or credit cards belonging to VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO or MONETA circuit. Please note: NO AMERICAN EXPRESS.
