Sustainability comes from the land that surrounds us.

With 8 hectares of organically farmed land, each season brings a new, recurring and constant celebration: from the vegetable garden that provides fresh and aromatic vegetables, to the native olive trees that tell the story of the land. And then, the natural sweetness of the fruits that grow in the garden. Every dish we serve highlights the freshness and genuineness of the land, in memory of childhood flavors and goodness.

Thanks to the continuous search for authentic flavors, the recipes combine tradition and innovation, for genuine food and fresh ingredients from the garden and local producers.

Start the day by inebriating the senses with genuine flavors, with the colors and scents of our homemade tarts, cakes and desserts, seasonal fruit, freshly baked bread, vegan cold cuts and cheeses, sweet and savory flavors for those who love a good awakening!

In our small shop you will find only what is born with care, passion and respect for the land and for the hands that work it. All the products are the result of our direct production or made in collaboration with local artisans, who share our love for quality and authenticity.

From preserves to fermentations, from biscuits to breads prepared on request, everything brings with it a story made of seasons, slow gestures, simple and genuine ingredients. We also offer unique artisanal objects – crochet works, dream catchers, second hand books, vase holders – made with creativity and wisdom by expert hands of our territory.

Even the extra virgin olive oil is the result of local cultivars harvested and milled with care, to offer a sincere product, which tells the identity of our hills.

Our shop is a living space, which changes with the rhythm of nature: vegetables from the garden and homemade bread are available on request, when the season allows it and when the weather allows it.
