Our menu

We decided to focus on the quality rather than the quantity of the dishes, respecting the seasonality that our garden offers.

The menu changes every month.
Dishes are completely vegetable: no cheese, no eggs.

Dogs have already eaten, avoid giving them food, thank you! 💚

We inform customers that, as per the new rules of the U.E. no. 1169/2011 which entered into force on 12/13/2014, we show the menu accompanied by the allergens present in each dish.
If there is no fresh product, the frozen one is used.

Despite our choice not to use animal products and derivatives,
we purchase ingredients where the possible presence of
SUBSTANCES OR PRODUCTS THAT CAUSE ALLERGIES OR
INTOLERANCE is reported.
We give visibility, as per the rules of the U.E. no. 1169/2011
entered into force on 12/13/2014

  1. Cereals containing gluten, i.e.: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybridised strains and products thereof, except:
    1. wheat-based glucose syrups, including dextrose ( 1 );
    2. wheat-based maltodextrins ( 1 );
    3. barley-based glucose syrups;
    4. cereals used for the manufacture of alcoholic
      distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.
  2. Crustaceans and crustacean products.
  3. Eggs and egg products.
  4. Fish and fish products, except:
    1. fish gelatin used as a carrier for vitamin or carotenoid preparations;
    2. gelatine or isinglass used as a fining agent in beer and wine.
  5. Peanuts and peanut products.
  6. Soy and soy products, except:
    1. refined soybean oil and fat ( 1 );
    2. natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopheryl acetate, natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate from soy;
    3. vegetable oils derived from phytosterols and soy-based phytosterol esters;
    4. plant stanol ester produced from soybean-based vegetable oil sterols.
  7. Milk and milk-based products (including lactose), except:
    1. whey used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates,
      including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin;
    2. floor condition.
  8. Nuts, namely: almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashew nuts (Anacardium occidentalis), pecans [Carya illinoinensis (Wangenh.) K. Koch], Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia), and products thereof, except for nuts used for making alcoholic distillates, including alcohol ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.
  9. Celery and celery products.
  10. Mustard and mustard products.
  11. Sesame seeds and sesame seed products.
  12. Sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations above 10mg/kg or 10 mg/litre in terms of total SO 2 to be calculated
  13. for products as offered ready for consumption or reconstituted in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions.
  14. Lupins and products based on lupins.
  15. Shellfish and shellfish products.

From June 21st to September 15th, minimum stay of 2 nights accomodations Botte and Casetta
you can call for a last-minute one-night stay,

From October 1st to December 8th, we accept one-night stays all rooms and accomodations

Dinner available for guests upon request.

RESTAURANT:

From January 6th to April 30th, open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays,
lunch on Sundays and public holidays;

From May 1st to October 31st, open every evening,
lunch on Sundays and public holidays.

From November 1st to December 8th, open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays,
lunch on Sundays and public holidays.

POOL and KALYAAN SPA:

Exclusive for overnight guests, opened from june15th to september 30th
